How to close a GitHub issue?

The issue was first reported four years ago.
Fortunately, it turns out the issue has gone in the latest llvm trunk.

I didn’t see the “close issue” button. What is the process of closing a legacy issue? Who should I ask for help from?

You need write access to the repo to edit (including close) an issue. I did it for you.
